Maintenance and repair
The life of process equipment can be hard at times! Corrosion, a leak, a nozzle in need of more flow, … But there is no need for panic, as Proceq is here to maintain and repair, based on years of expertise. We clean, adapt, repair, conduct new testing, and secure new homologations/certifications, … Thanks to our fast interventions, your downtime will be kept to a minimum.
Primarily, we do repair work in our workshop. However, we can also intervene at your premises. Once again: we work fully tailor-made.
Retubing
Shell & tube equipment can encounter problems. For instance, a tube can be clogged or exhibit initial corrosion. Proceq investigates the problem, replaces, repairs or takes away. We ensure the retubed equipment is tested, validated, and reinstalled as quickly as possible.
Performance assessment
Even without concrete technical trouble, you may be in search of service. Proceq is experienced in fast assessments. An example would be your request to move from steam to oil or vice versa. Our engineers are there to think and measure for you, with you. Precise measurements provide valuable insights!
