The chemical and petrochemical sector, pharma, food & beverage, tank cleaning, water, water purification,…: they all have their specific needs when it comes to heat exchanging. We design, develop, produce, test and deliver your tailor-made solution. Shell & tube constructions are designed and produced according to your needs. This also holds for more complex heat exchangers with particular demands. Think of heat exchanging such as steam generators, vacuum condensers, heat regeneration from burning gases, … Even special constructions can be made, such as falling film evaporators and reboilers.
We think alongside our client, considering all its needs, be they detailed or just a small sketch. We have our in-house engineers and skilled welders, advanced software (HTRI, Aspen Tech and PV Elite), welding robots and in-depth knowledge of local and international directives (ASME VIII Div1, AD Merkblatt, EN 13445, ...). Throughout the years, we gained experience with different materials: Carbon Steel, Cold Temperature Steels, Stainless Steel, duplex, 904L, Hastelloy or titanium.
