Chemical
Flemish chemistry has a strong global reputation. But every now and then, chemical companies need to replace or repair their process equipment or even install new equipment. Proceq is more than happy to share its expertise in developing and producing new equipment, as well as replacing and repairing existing installations.
In the chemical sector, we mostly start from very concrete demands. As the sector keeps growing, so does our expertise.
Petrochemical
In the petrochemical sector, Proceq is mostly known for its heat exchangers. Just as in the chemical sector, here as well we start from a detailed set of specifications, with very high standards. Thanks to Proceq’s extended knowledge, we can fulfil the highest quality standards.
Gas
Proceq has years of experience in the gas sector, working for clients such as Technogas and Fluxys, both building gas lines and distribution systems. Pharma
Typically, pharmaceutical companies have very specific and detailed specification lists. Examples of how Proceq can add value are reactors and heat exchangers in specific alloys such as titanium and Hastelloy.
Food & beverage
Within the food & beverage industry, Proceq is known for its high-quality heat exchangers. Often, clients have a general challenge, expecting Proceq to solve it by its renowned engineering power. We are globally known in the potato industry or in the brewery sector (such as ABInbev).
Tank cleaning
Here, we mostly design, build and install pressure vessels capable of dealing with high pressure and high temperature (200 bar, 100°C). These vessels are entirely tailor-made.
Water
In the water sector, Proceq mostly offers solutions for cooling and heating. Examples are the recovery of heat from polluted residual water, using this heat to warm cold water.
Water purification
Proceq offers tailor-made solutions for water purifiers. It can build installations to cool down residual water before draining it. These kind of cooling towers also need heat exchangers.
